General

Shtapel is a family workshop creating made-to-order women's clothing. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (including measurements) is accurate.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. We reserve the right to decline an order. Production begins after payment is confirmed.

Made-to-order items

Many items are created individually to your measurements and choices. Such items are not returnable except in the case of a defect (see our Refund Policy).

Intellectual property

All website materials (images, text, design) belong to Shtapel and may not be used without permission.

Liability

We make every effort to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
