Refund policy

We want every Shtapel piece to bring you joy. Most of our clothing is made to order, based on your measurements and chosen fabric.

Returns

  • You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging.
  • Made-to-order and personalised items (custom measurements, custom fabric or cut) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

How to start a return

Email us at info@shtapel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send detailed instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of defect or our error.

Damaged or defective items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@shtapel.com with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
